This class explores the many layers of our movement practice each week. These sessions are open to anyone curious about our practice and looking to taste. Examples of content inside the session may include but are not limited to:
*inversions, handstands, soft acrobatic work
*coordination games, partner games
*physical preparation and athleticism
*fitness and conditioning
*floor/ground work, rolling
*jumping/landing/balancing
*object manipulation work
*spinal organization and movement
*somatic movement
*stillness
