CLASS SCHEDULE
Interested in dropping in to one of our many Movement sessions but not sure which one is for you?
All of our classes are built from the ground up allowing even beginner students to navigate through our practice.
Here is a description of our current options to help your decision.
Monday/Wednesday/Saturday : these classes focus on exploring the breadth of our practice touching many areas. Be open and ready for elements of somatic, acrobatic, ground movement, dynamic kicking, strength, stillness - with short lectures to accompany your education. Open to all but for oriented to the deeply curious.
Tuesday/Thursday/Friday : these classes are centered around a vertical development of skill, going deep in one area and refining the foundations of practice. The sessions will vary but include handbalancing, strength/mobility, ground movement, coordination, object work and many other base layers of our approach.
