Open to ALL LEVELS of students, this four-week series is intended to jump start your day by solidifying the foundations of a holistic approach to re-balancing circadian rhythm through breath, movement, cold exposure, and sunlight. Each session will explore unique practices physiologically designed to bring more focus and attention to both current practices and to the whole of life.

  • Breath: protocols to both uplift and down-regulate the nervous system

  • Movement: practices to mobilize and open the body with a focus on the ‘organizers’ for all of movement

  • Cold Exposure: exploring both the psychological and physiological affects of cold on the body and how it can better shape our hormonal response, recovery, and adaptation

Each session will also include discussions related to SLEEP, NUTRITION, LIFESTYLE
