Each week a recorded video is uploaded exploring in detail a topic relating to our broad and varied approach to movement.
This is a self paced course designed to allow you to move as you wish providing you with materials to understand the topic of the week. Sample topics include, ground movement, spine mobility, balance (including handstand), strength, soft acrobatics and much more.

Recorded video instruction that details both the practical work as well as theory and conceptual understanding of the material. We’ll occasionally include one of our recorded live classes so that you can have the feel of being in the studio with others.
A simple written program with guided sets, reps, time, and frequency to allow you the greatest opportunity for success within each session.
